Hi everyone! I’m afriad we don’t know the details, but please feel free to ring the organisers on 0844 543 9806. Thanks! xx

I have received my tickets, but I am not clear whether as it is a “bring and buy sale” we are able to bring items to be sold or not?

I’m really worried that the same thing is going to happen to me. I’ve just booked tickets but given I didn’t actually have to key in the details by which they will know who I am (ie my name, email address etc) I’m really worried that I won’t get my tickets but be charged for them as they DO ask you to key in your card details. Hi Anne, it will be so exciting! Benefit doesn’t deal with ticket sales, but we’ve definitely passed on your request to the organisers of the show. You can also reach them directly on 0844 543 9806. Have a fantastic time, and see you there! xx
