The sun was shining down on Berkeley Square yesterday as hundreds of Benebabes turned Arch Angels gathered in a mass of pink to take part in The Brow Arch March! You’ll probably be familiar with Brow Arch March by now, but just in case you’ve missed the gossip it’s a brand new eyebrow focused campaign we’re sponsoring to raise money for Look Good Feel Better which helps lovely ladies deal with the visible affects of cancer. So it was with big brows and even bigger smiles that we put our pink boots on to march through the arches of London…
It wasn’t just gals who joined in, but lots of little uns’, doggies, Beneboys and even Spygals, all led by the wonderful Kara Tointon who is the ambassador for the campaign. We marched through three different arches, collecting ‘They’re Real!’, Benetint and lip glosses along the way (getting beautified as you walk? That’s our kind of exercise!). Not ones to come quietly, we got lots of attention from passers by- this may have been something to do with our chanting, placard holding and brow glasses wearing… so now lots more Londoners know about our fight to make every female feel good!
Elle and the Pocket Belles worked hard to entertain us with their tunes and there was a ‘Wow Brow’ station set up at the finish line with Benebabes applying the amazing new Gimme Brow to well deserving marchers. All in all it was an incredible event that raised lots more money for Look Good Feel Better and we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who turned up and made it such a success! And if you missed The March but still want to get involved then make sure to get your FREE brow wax at Debenhams Brow Bars with suggested donation. If you prefer, you can donate at Just Giving or text BROW14 followed by the amount to 70070. Don’t forget to follow the Brow Arch March Twitter and Instagram too.
